This is a complicated case that will probably have to be dealt with manually. The beaming in the original is problematic from a conventional notational viewpoint (the first beam is crossing a metric boundary, so the original score should be double-checked to verify), and this will also cause problems for display in verovio: the tuplets and beams interact in an unusual way.
