T452 tuplet issues #65

Similar problems in T594, where some parts are in 12/8, most are in 4/4 and the example is encoded in compound time. In this example it happens throughout the score and not just at one point. E.g. in this instance, these parts are in 4/4 and should be displaying triplets:
