PolySwarm Results Table Incomplete #28

Describe the bug Results do not always appear in the PolySwarm Results table despite the counter increasing in the "PolySwarm Results" on the left-hand side tree.

To Reproduce

  1. submit eicar.com.txt
  2. submit ChromeSetup.exe
  3. close Autopsy
  4. re-open Autopsy
  5. Submit desktop.ini

This is what I did at least, guessing it's nondeterministic.

Screenshot attached. Note the inconsistency between the left hand side tree and the results table.

Also worth noting: the module thinks desktop.ini was already submitted, refused duplicate submission.

I had to zip the .exe and the .ini
