Added indexing for Bids Placed and Bids Refunded
Added indexing for Requests Fulfilled
Added Indexing for Assets received and assets teleported
Implemented Rewards system assigning reward points to USERS, FILLERS and RELAYERS depending on transaction statuses and the dollar values of assets handled
