Remove win service when uninstalling #326

When uninstalling this version, you get an error of access denied to some files 
if the the service is running (After I ran 'sc stop SharpKit' I could continue 
the uninstall process). Also, the service was not deleted during the uninstall 
process (I have removed it now with 'sc delete SharpKit').
