Senior Marketing Manager (?)
We’re now growing our team and looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager (?) who is creative, analytical, collaborative to level up our marketing and comms to drive adoption, build brand awareness and help take Polywrap to the next level.

We are a fully remote team and although we hire globally, most of our team is located in Central Europe and the American continent.
Recollecting, the tasks that we need help with are below, along with a draft role description
Content creation and creative process:
- [x] Prepare daily tweets for our official polywrap account
- [ ] Work with with our Integrations Team to develop and implement a plan to showcase Partner success stories, by creating comprehensive case studies
- [ ] Prepare topics and questions each monthly interview / newsletter (Media)
- [ ] Review and propose improvements to our copy in all fronts.
- [ ] Work with Branding Team to prepare a plan to release merchandise and dope polywrap swag in 2022
- [ ] Together with the other marketing leads, develop and execute Polywrap's marketing strategy.
Production:
- [ ] Schedule at least 1 interview or podcast per quarter with relevant communities (Bankless, Delphi, DAO Rush week)
- [ ] Support production process of the periodic "Polywrap DevPods"
- [ ] Organise and promote at least one physical polywrap event on 2022 at a major blockchain conference
- [ ] Organise and promote sponsorships for at least 2 hackathons on 2022, physical or online
- [ ] Confidently work across all marketing touchpoints: events, website, socials, newsletters etc.
- [ ] Collaborate with Product, Growth, Community, and Integrations teams to deliver short and long-form content and amplify across social media, blogs, and media platforms.
- [ ] Be the day to day contact with external PR and marketing firms
Optimization:
- [ ] Own and develop marketing processes and campaigns including content production, analytics, attribution, messaging calendars, and brand and product positioning.
- [ ] Develop, implement, execute and optimize data-driven, scalable marketing funnels for all our products and protocols
- [ ] Collect and analyze data on the success of campaigns for continuous improvement.
- [ ] Identify what content needs to be produced to improve sales and marketing efforts
 Publishing:
- [ ] Posting polywrap development progress updates at least once a week on twitter
- [ ] Post engaging or insightful tweets / threads all the other days of the week (at least 7 quality tweets / week)
- [ ] Take notes during DAO biweekly town hall sync and send discord DAO updates every two weeks (Intern ?)
- [ ] Promote Polywrap developer Podcast on channels of operational influence
- [ ] Ensure our updated branding guidelines and press kit are easily available to everyone who requires it (internal or 3rd party)
Requirements

- Interest in Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance is a must
- Have experience, a keen interest and network in DeFi, traditional capital markets and Web3
- Exemplary copywriting skills

- Prior experience in a marketing or market-facing role with a Crypto focus

A strong track record working in collaborative environments, wearing many hats and effectively managing across teams and functions.
- Technical expert on Discord, Telegram, websites, virtual events
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in small (5-10) creative teams
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and scaling profitable advertising campaigns (this might become it’s own role later on)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing financial or technical software products
- Manage basic Git workflow (fork, commit, push, and create pull request)
- Start-up experience and a growth mindset
- Demonstrable expertise in developing and successfully implementing high-growth marketing funnels for financial or technical products, preferably B2B
Try to replicate existing lean production pipelines. Have committed contributors in this area who stay with the project and understand it inside out.
