Goals

Make deployment simple and fast
Have good defaults, deploy in 1 command
Show briefly how to customize deployment

Plan

Start by assuming the user has a built wrap (link to tutorial if they don't)
Use the CLI to deploy it in 1 command (link to CLI ref page)
Explain how wrappers.io pins the wrap to IPFS
