triage sorting/ curatable reviews #183

Closed pombase-admin closed 9 years ago

No urgency yet. I am over 1/2 way through the first pass triage. When I get nearer the end I'll raise the priority of this (this is just a reminder for me)

Find out if any papers classified as review have been triaged as curatable (some may be OK, but I might deprioritise these)

Upping priority as I am through the first pass triage. Have I flagged any reviews as curatable?

There are no curatable reviews. It would be wrong if there were any because reviews aren't curatable. If they were curatable they would have the status "curatable" rather than "Review or comment".

Or am I not understanding the question?

Yep ;) badly explained

we have a triage flag "review" which I have been using if something was clearly a review.

There is also a "review flag" which can be imported from Pubmed. I wondered If I had missed any of the "imported" review flag, and assigned some "review from PubMed" as curatable.

It isn't a big deal if I have becase when we come to curte them we will find out and wreassign the "triage type" to review. so no need to do this really. i was just curius and it is quick (in fact, I thought you did it before when I was only a little way into the triage, but maybe I am wrong?)

Ah, I forgot about the flag from pubmed. The ones you want are listed below. Some of them didn't look like reviews to me, but I checked a few and it matches pubmed's web site.

This query: select uniquename, title from pub, cvterm triage_status, cvterm pubmed_type where pub.triage_status_id = triage_status.cvterm_id and pub.pubmed_type = pubmed_type.cvterm_id and pubmed_type.name = 'review' and triage_status.name = 'Curatable';

Actually I'll probably leave all these in for now. Most look like they will have some data.

Thanks
