SO term extensions ignore cardinality #2441

For at least some of the FYPO extensions that allow SO terms, the interface allows more than one where the cardinality configuration is 0,1. (I haven't gone through all of them, but I tried several and haven't found one that doesn't have the bug.) The "region" prompt doesn't grey out, and I can add more extensions.

It doesn't seem to matter whether I paste an ID or use the text box autocomplete to choose a SO term.

For extensions that have "assayed gene or region", i.e. allow either a SO selection or picking a gene from a pulldown, the gene selection does obey the cardinality constraint but the SO option doesn't.

There's some even more complicated weirdness that would benefit from a demo if you can't reproduce it -- try putting extensions on FYPO:0003230 to see it all.

I don't know if this is still an issue because there are no SO options as extensions for "FYPO:0003230" I will put this at low priority until I see the issue.
