Export genotype-genotype interactions to JSON #2607

(I couldn't see an issue for this)

We need to export the new interactions that are attached to phenotype annotations.

The documentation needs updating too: https://github.com/pombase/canto/wiki/JSON-Export-Format#annotations-section

Then we can try pombase/pombase-chado#739 again.

@jseager7: this isn't relevant for PHI-Canto so you shouldn't see any changes in the JSON you export once we merge the branch.
