multi gene phenotypes GI: Users prompt required #2616

I don't know how we could do this, but users commonly use the cell phenotype

inviable vegetative cell when they mean inviable cell population

This will be confusing for these people because they won't see the "synthetic lethal" etc phenotypes that apply only to population terms.

It might be useful to supply some help around this.

I have a note to "make issue GI comments", but I think this is the ticket?

We decided that we needed comments generally associated with some "cell level growth and viability terms to prompt the user to make sure that they did not want to use the related population phenotype term.

Let me know if it meant something else!
