Error message when adding MF/ bug

I have never seen this before I was adding the MF GO:0016887 to curs e73b6293989d19a9 and got: Internal error DBIx::Class::ResultSet::delete(): DBI Exception: DBD::SQLite::st execute failed: database is locked [for Statement "DELETE FROM cursprop WHERE ( ( ( curs = ? AND type = ? ) AND curs = ? ) )"] at lib/PomCur/Track/StatusStorage.pm line 109

It's one of the "it shouldn't be possible" sort of problems. I'll look into it.

If this was very early in the day (before 6:30am) it was probably because the ontology update was running. I've moved the update to a bit earlier to avoid that.

It it wasn't early in the day, I'll a bit stumped.
