error choosing phenotype

I got this just now, right when I clicked on a phenotype term in the autocomplete (I'd typed in an ID, so there was just the one match):

Internal error DBIx::Class::ResultSet::delete(): DBI Exception: DBD::SQLite::st execute failed: database is locked [for Statement "DELETE FROM cursprop WHERE ( ( ( curs = ? AND type = ? ) AND curs = ? ) )"] at lib/PomCur/Track/StatusStorage.pm line 109

It happened just a couple minutes ago, so 16:59 or 17:00 GMT, in case that helps. I'll also comment if I see it again.

p.s. It didn't take me to the add-allele interface, but it did add the term to the gene, so I'm now seeing the "set evidence" link.

Nobody has seen it since so I wonder if it has been fixed? Add an update if it is seen again v

I think it was too infrequent to be able to tell whether it's fixed just from whether we've seen it lately or not ... but it certainly isn't a big deal, since it's so rare.
