documentation: links to specific help pages #519

there are links to

Phenotypes (including details of alleles and conditions)
GO terms (biological processes, cellular components, and molecular functions)
Genetic and physical interactions (BioGRID format)
Protein modifications

For which (I think) docs are already in place in the directory. Could we activate the links so we can start to review the documentation in full

The /docs/canto_introduction page is now at /docs/

Could you point me at the documentation for the annotation types?

all in the directory in the original summary

*this one could stand some text editing to reduce repetition. I'll have a go at it when I can ...
