I don't know if this might cause problems with data export.

I downloaded the annotations I had made and noticed that where the IPI and IGI evidence codes had been used, the gene ID for the interaction partner is prefixed by "PomBase:" (they are obviously not PomBase identifiers)

I really don't know if this is important for data export? If it doesn't affect anything then fine, if it makes the output rubbish then it needs fixing...
