When we query Chado we should ignore obsolete synonyms as there are some obsolete synonyms that are duplicated.

I think it can delete obsolete names. They are only preserved in case people need to track things in legacy HTP datasets, but at this level, people should be using the correct names.
How many others are there? we could probably make these synonyms obsolete names too. Or maybe not. I think we created a few of these recently with Juans data when the CDS switched strand.
So maybe we need to be able to cope with that.
