NOT qualifier not displayed for existing GO annotation

The chromosome2.contig file has this annotation for mcm2:

FT                   /GO="aspect=C; term=cytoplasm; qualifier=NOT;
FT                   GOid=GO:0005737; evidence=IDA; db_xref=PMID:10588642;
FT                   date=20060808"

But in the session for the paper (062614007433f668), the annotation appears in the "Existing annotations" table without the NOT qualifier. Screenshot on the way.

I have not yet investigated whether any other "NOT" annotations are affected in any other sessions. Let me know if it'll help to do so.

(I might delete this particular NOT annotation eventually, because it doesn't really add much - it's not a big surprise.)

Yeah very early on I think I might have negated some of the localizations from the HTP localization study like this. I thought I had removed them all. They should be recorded in here instead pombe-embl/external_data/external-go-data/GO_ORFeome_localizations2_deleted.txt (just so we have a record of the false positives removed, might be useful one day soon...)
