We published ura1-61 in Young et al., Mol Cell (2002). It is TGG to TGA at nuc 16857 on cosmid C22G7. Randy Hyppa in our lab sequenced ura1-171; it is TTA to TAA at nuc 12801 on cosmid C22G7. We have a June 2011 e-mail from Masayuki Yamamoto saying that pat1-114 has four mutations, one of which is silent. The other three are V155G, P219S, and L291F. He also said that Jose Ayte had found the same changes in pat1-114. Please let me know if you need more info.
