pdc1 update product etc #1820

pdc1 doesn't fit standard product naming, it's names for the process when it should be named after the complex.

although the human isn't annotated, it says http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q6P2E9 "Component of a complex containing DCP2 and DCP1A which functions in decapping of ARE-containing mRNAs"

Need to annotate the complex it is part of Pdc1, a novel partner of the fission yeast decapping enzyme, with a limited similarity to plant Edc4/Varicose that is required for the assembly of P bodies, was identified (tandem affinity purification-matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization tandem mass spectrometry [TAP-MALDI MS/MS])

not clear it seems to interact with multiple complexes...
