fusion construct deletion, foreground or background #1955

For standard mutants, our default assumption is that the endogenous copy is replaced.

For fusions this is not so clear.

Here cdc13 and cdc2 deletion are background. I'm tempted to make these foreground since this is important for experimental interpretation?

Probably better if we flag instead that the wt copy is present?

I thought we had a ticket about making an allele- type for fusion/chimeras but I can't find it...

652 might be the other ticket
