This hasn't been through Artemis yet ...

Fission yeast CENP-B homologs nucleate centromeric heterochromatin by promoting heterochromatin-specific histone tail modifications.

it affects histone modification, but later papers say it recruits deacetylases. When this paper is curated this should probably be phenotype only
