Tor should have mating without nitrogen starvation? Another important phenotype related to Tor2 activity is the inhibition of sexual differentiation. Inactivation of Tor2 in rich medium leads to cell cycle exit, G1 arrest, sexual differentiation, meiosis and sporulation (Alvarez and Moreno, 2006; Hayashi et al., 2007; Urano et al., 2007; Uritani et al., 2006).
The subcellular localization of TORC2 is also a subject for ongoing research. Like in higher eukaryotes, S. pombe TORC2 has been local- ized to the plasma membrane, but it is also found in the nucleus (reviewed in [9]).

This is through, but I still need to add some extensions. Also I thought that the ppk34->ssp2-> torc1 connections were direct but it seems there is stuff in between these so I wouldn't be able to complete this pathway yet.
Specific entities upstream of TORC pathway (positive and negative regulators) should have +/- regulation of autophagy +/- regulation of translation and other anabolic processes (& growth) +/- regulation of cell cycle switching
