promoters (not described as 'promoter swap') #3317

Open ValWood opened 2 years ago

ValWood commented 2 years ago

1- Most should be describable as nucleotide mutations (not urgent)

2- Some can be moved to "promoter swap" if we create a type for that? but should we consider the purpose of the swap (i.e to overexpress or knockdown?)

3.I have been recording some promoter constructs like this

nmt

i.e wt with a prefix promoter: (it seems to be OK to edit the default gene label for WT), but I don't know if creating different wt constructs for the same genes will cause a namespace clash. I need to check this.

  1. Note that a lot of the annotations below appear to be x'd out. This is a consequence of the markup

I think these can probably mostly be promoter:gene 'wild type' [expression level]
