PMIDs for papers with legacy style GIs with comment fields #3365

Identify all PMIDs for papers with legacy style GIs with comment fields These will be easiest to convert to new style. Can also probably use this legacy migration process to define some auto-migration rules.

These should all be easy to convert (manually) to new style (usually alleles and phenotypes are noted) We can use these to help cover all of the rules for automatic conversion https://github.com/pombase/pombase-chado/issues/1036
