Gene lists as new data type associated with publications

@ValWood adding this here so that we have some notes of what we discussed

• Necessary information would be:
  • Some very brief context of the experiment that leads to the list.
  • A file with the list of genes.
• Would be nice to run enrichment overnight for the lists. Maybe we can use OAK.
• Is there a generic repository to deposit the lists?
• What about clustering analysis?
