CTD fixes #3671

Check rpb1 alleles

  1. some have comma separators, some not CTD-S2A(r5-r16),delta(r17-r29) or CTD-S2A(r1-r12)delta(r13-r29)
  2. Find out why delta is sometimes resolving, sometimes not (∆(r19-r29) might be hard-coded)
  3. CTD-P6A(r2-r29-2
  4. rpb1-S2A-S7A(CTD-18repeats) etc need. fixing
  5. for the (r2-r29-2) add an allele comment
  6. these papers should use the -2 allele ~PMID:32282918 PMID:33579781 PMID:35012333~
