2. Some processes in pathway erg10 to Mvd1 should be switched to "farnesyl di..." (I Made IC based on function. (Will also report to PAINT that more consistent to use "farnesyl over isopentyl, but PAINT should do both)

3. check location. This is a bit inconsistent or missing.

4. From UniProt and https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11274-019-2673-2/figures/1 In the genus Schizosaccharomyces, a second route exists between lanosterol and fecosterol, via the methylation of lanosterol to eburicol by erg6, followed by C14-demethylation by erg11/cyp1 and C4-demethylation by the demethylation complex erg25-erg26-erg27 (PubMed:8586261)

5. erg26 has multiple functions and some may only be relevant for cholesterol biosynthesis

6. spo9/fps1 part. These 2 appear to be mutifunctional /and similar / but I don't know which does what? They each have the same 3 activities, but I suspect not all are in ergosterol pathway
