I think it will be safe to make this exclusion, so I will add it to the list when svn is sorted out.
So far, I fixed or raised tickets for: brf1 tfg1 sgf11 php5 eaf6 SPCC126.12 SPCC126.13 SPCC24B10.15 nup146 lsd2 (IC) spac22H10.11c (ISO) ssn6 (IS0)
which leaves positive regulation of transcription, DNA templated GO:0045893 atf1 cdc10 (one annotation seems to be from UniProt) nro1 pcr1 rst2 thi1
as most of these are in Canto sessions Am assigning to Antonai to see if thse canbe made more specific.
Once this is done we won't use this term for direct annotation in future.

This is all in hand. Most are now fixed and others will get fixed as I work through the do not GO annotate log file

I don't think we should need to annotate to regulation of transcription, DNA templated positive regulation of transcription, DNA templated GO:0045893 negative regulation of transcription DNA templated as there should always be some knowledge of whether it si polI II or II (if it's gene specific, it must be polII)
Some experimental annotatiosn will need moving down.

mappings fixing brf1 tfg1 sgf11 (should have a more specific manual annotation)
some might be phenotype only esc1 lsd1 lsd2
some might be wrong php5
