I've removed two checkpoint annotations that were in Artemis for cdt2
GO:0044773 mitotic DNA damage checkpoint IGI with chk1
GO:0033314 mitotic DNA replication checkpoint IGI with rad3
From a too-quick skim of the paper, it looks like cdt is involved in the response downstream of the checkpoints, and probably not in any part of the checkpoints themselves. I also didn't spot double mutants cdt2/chk1 or cdt2/rad3, but that could be because I whooshed through it too fast (they do have Cdt2 protein levels in chk1 and rad3 mutants).
