Most of this looks fine. Primary amine oxidase activity (GO:0008131) is defined as the oxidation of any primary amine, and aminoacetone, phenethylamine and tryptamine are all primary amines. It's EC's problem, not ours, if they don't have separate entries for the reactions involving different specific substrates. The GO terms have different MetaCyc and Rhea xrefs.
The only possible issue is that not all aliphatic amines are primary amines, and I don't know whether secondary or tertiary aliphatic amines can undergo the oxidase reaction. The reaction in Rhea only shows primary amines, though, so maybe it's ok too.

Has an IDA to primary amine oxidase activity
and IEA to GO:0052595 aliphatic-amine oxidase activity IEA EC:1.4.3.21 GO_REF:0000003 2 GO:0052594 aminoacetone:oxygen oxidoreductase(deaminating) activity IEA EC:1.4.3.21 GO:0052596 phenethylamine:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating) activity GO:0052593 tryptamine:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating) activity IEA EC:1.4.3.21
so I am wondering if the EC assignment EC:1.4.3.21 is correct here? It looks like the same EC is assigned to multiple activities?
expasy has http://enzyme.expasy.org/EC/1.4.3.21
I don't know enough here to submit a ticket to the annotation tracker, but does this look odd?
