It seems that when this paper was reannotated http://curation.pombase.org/pombe/curs/408bb296257afbcf/ro/ My IMP to the ATPase transporter terms was deleted. It might be a bit sloppy but could probably still go with as IMP these based on the collective phenotypes, but instead I added

/GO="aspect=F; term=ATPase activity, coupled to transmembrane movement of substances; GOid=GO:0042626; evidence=ISM; db_xref=GO_REF:0000001; with=Pfam:PF01061; date=20151021" /GO="aspect=P; term=transmembrane transport; GOid=GO:0055085; evidence=ISM; db_xref=GO_REF:0000001; with=Pfam:PF01061; date=20151021" (all PF01061 appear to be ATPase transmembrane transporters)

So a heads up to everyone. If you delete any old annotations because you feel the experiments do not support them, but based on the total knowledge from domains/othologs/ author intention etc, this is almost certain to be true, please ensure that the original annotation is still captured in some way.

This one is important because without this annotation it a) has no MF annotation b) only has "transport" from InterPro mapping and will therefore no longer be slimmed to transmembrane transport (first check the gene page, it make be that you don't need to make the annotation if there is another experimental source).

Thanks!
