It seems that some of the discrepancies we have made the annotation, but the reciprocal way (and currently reciprocal annotations are not inferred)

Among these components Skp1 has a unique function, it acts as a bridge between the F-box protein and Cullin-1 [8]

Query details: I think this annotation should be removed. Skp1 is a substrate recognition component/adapter of the SCF E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex - it doesn't have ligase activity itself - so I believe this term is inappropriate under the current annotation rules.
