It probably does seem a little crazy, but I think people will need these distiction as as they seem to be important for disecting the processes and most terms will have multiple annotations (covering >130 genes and >200 papers). the subtle difference appear to be important to figure our the silencing/heterochromatin formation/ spreading/ centromenre silencing/centromere function. We could put some of this in extensions, but difficult to access genes with similar phenotypes..... Genrally i don't think this degree of precomposition is required, and would avoid gene product specific, residue specific or chromosome region specific terms where possible....its the sheer number of annotations which will make them warranted here....

I' missing one I need, histone H3-K14 acetylation at centromere outer repeat
