ntr: increased number of Sad1 foci during DNA damage response etc #1599

Closed fypoadmin closed 9 years ago

fypoadmin commented 10 years ago

A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the number of sites at which the protein Sad1 accumulates is reduced during DNA damage response. (Comment Sad1 is usually concentrated at the SPB, but the number of Sad1 foci, which are associated with double strand breaks increases during DDR)
