deal with ODK date #3702

"ODK only does data-version not date: so it takes date from fypo-edit.obo"

and requested this ticket to get something relevant into the date field (if I understand correctly)

@mah11 I will put this issue on the backburner; we will deal with this as part of a larger do-over later this year or early next year. The date basically reflects now the time when you last used OBO edit (OBO edit adds this date thing to the src/ontology/fypo-edit.owl file). If you want to get rid of it, simply delete the "date" annotation next time you open the edit file in protege. Also, make sure that @kimrutherford does not need the date: tag for anything..
