"abnormal hyphal growth" #4363

It's weird that the term has only just been used since it was created a while ago

Change it to pseudohyphal invasive growth (make it a cell phenotype)

For now I have moved abnormal hyphal growth under "cell phenotype" so that the annotations are visible. Currently I see:

There are 2 annotations and it is possible that these should be "branching" no hyphal (or pseudohyphal growth).

there are other queries about pseudohyphal growth: pseudohyphal growth abolished but it is never normally present?
