This seems to combine a phenotype and a method. Maybe it would be better to describe it as after microtubule "disruption/trauma/collapse"? so that it is not specific to the method (assuming the microtubules are ablated here?)

I thought so as well, but I don't think there is any other way of doing it. Just in case, I will remove "laser" from the definition. I think ablation is good because it implies a relatively localised cut, which you would not be able to get with a drug.
