[x] we should change this term to GO:0022857 transmembrane transporter activity So it is clearer what the grouping refers to.

~this would exclude the electron transporter In GO electron transporter are not classed as transporters anyway, they are classed as "electron transfer activity" https://www.ebi.ac.uk/QuickGO/term/GO:0009055~

so we have abnormal cytochrome-c oxidase activity (FYPO:0001937) is_a abnormal transporter activity

This is due to GO weirdness. @pgaudet we have known about this issue but I'm not sure that we have a ticket?
