Oh shoot. I made a release yesterday but I didn't do this step. How do I rectify?

It should be OK as it was only the imports for logical defs?

I think so, but was the term available to pick in Protege before you merged?

No but it was a GO term for a logical def , after the merge I could see it, so all seems OK...
