"decreased x silencing" vs "increased x heterochromatin transcript level" #4477

We sometimes model loss of silencing as "decreased x silencing" and sometimes as "increased x heterochromatin transcript level"

probably "decreased x silencing" should only be used for reporter gene assay?

Need to assess usage and make difference clearer
