similarly,

FYPO:0000313 inviable after spore germination with abnormal germ tube morphology check this is a child of FYPO:0001511 inviable vegetative cell, abnormal cell shape, normal cell size

(this is similar as I think all will be resolved if the links are made between vegetative cells and x after spore germination)

added links FYPO:0000314 is-a FYPO:0001490 (i.e. first one as requested) FYPO:0000313 is_a FYPO:0002273 (used abnormal cell morph instead of normal cell size because we decided elongated is abnormal for both shape and size)
