at the moment it's a grandchild, under FYPO:0001991 ! inviable after spore germination, without cell division

let me know if I should add an equivalent that's not specific for 'without cell division' (and edit the existing term name).

Val says yes, rename fypo:310 and add new

just doing the renaming for now, because term works for Val as is ... can add generic & with cell division versions later if needed
