Auto conversion of old style genetic interactions (GIs) to new style #1036

We can probably make some conversions for the interaction types.

  1. For any legacy GI "synthetic lethal", convert to new style, as long as there are phenotypes for term FYPO:0002061 inviable vegetative cell population with an allele from both genes (use contributing alleles, and create a new style interaction for each pair that satisfies both criteria) (maybe we should also check that the single mutants have viable annotations- if so these could be from any source)

  2. similar to above for synthetic growth defect with decreased cell population growth (FYPO:0000046) (need to decide which children should be included)

  1. Any GI with an overexpression allele FYPO:0002061 inviable vegetative cell population -> dosage lethal
