I can't find anything in the file with 'FYP' but not 'FYPO'

It seems as thought the problem could be in the loading script? v

It's "FYP:0002148" in this line of one_line_per_annotation:

SPAC1002.09c FYP:0002148,PECO:0000005,has_penetrance(FYPO_EXT:0000001),has_expressivity(FYPO_EXT:0000003)
