list of PBO terms which default to protein family #363

You probably don't remember this, but when we parse the "controlled curation" from the contigs, anything which s not an ortholog, or does not have a prefix like: gene expression, name description,

defaults to the pombe specific protein family 'classifier'

this means that occasionally I spot random things in this section, for instance the name description for iss10 PBO:0014253 Insertional Suppressor of Sme2 http://www.pombase.org/spombe/result/SPAC7D4.14c#translation

if I had a list of these PBOs I could just check it through for anomalies

Kim will put this file in the logs and I will eyeball it every so often and fix the problems,

I've added this to the load script. A file with the suffix ".protein_family_term_annotation" will be written at the end of the load.
