GO annotation ignored #549

In the live data this is ignored in favour of a SPKW mapping.

/GO="aspect=F; term=DNA binding; GOid=GO:0003677; evidence=ISM; db_xref=GO_REF:0000024; with=Prosite:PS51011; date=20060412"

Now the mapping is filtered it is in my list with no DNA binding annotation. It doesn't appear in the logs tho' ?

This fix might supress a lot of IEAs ;)

None issue. I wasn't checking the list with no annotation inthe current GAF. I was checking all of those which no longer had the annotation via the KW. Some have the annotations which were previously supressed.
