Quilt enhancment, allow user to change precedence #1752

Even though it would not be possible to allow genes to be in more than one GO bin in the current implementation, it might be nice if a user could reorder the precedence. For example, in the Kilcherch manuscript the focus was on RNA binding proteins and even though the increase displayed was very significant, it would have been even more so if RNA binding could have been bumped to the top of the list.

This would be quite a big change. Currently all the details needed to display these columns are pre-computed during the nightly load. It would need to be changed to do this live.
