Support for active site residues #2159

IN this one S371 is an active site residue so just "residue". It might look a bit weird because an active site is more than one residue, but it's fine for now.

We don't really curate active sites etc, but we could probably do them as protein features. http://www.sequenceontology.org/browser/current_svn/term/SO:0001104

we have talked about importing protein features from external sources https://github.com/pombase/pombase-chado/issues/1126 to display in the protein feature viewer etc, so we should see what formats and standards they use.
