Promoter gene showing as systematic ID on allele pages #2162

The gene column is empty too.

This bug only occurs on allele pages. The screen shot is from a mouse-over of "cut1+[Overexpression] mad2Δ" on the "cut1+" allele page.

Not urgent until the allele pages are live.
