Add 'secondary structure' track to protein feature viewer #2176

Pdb uses PROMOTIF, we shoud use the same.

Do we need to include that in PomBase? How much of PDB should we include in the protein feature viewer when it's easy to link to PDB?

I think only the ones we identified. Secondry structure is a fairly generic thing. Actually, getting this from Noctus maybe wouldn't work because they will only have it for proteins with structures, and if we show it, we would like it for every protein. The reason this would be nice in PomBase is mainly because in the absence of a good structure, it can help in designing mutants etc. (and to see where existing mutants reside wrt 2ndry structure).

Its very non-urgent but a nice feature if not too time consuming. No other MODs seem to display it...
